Say what
you need.
Three sensible routes, depending on what you are asking. None of them is a form that disappears into a ticket system nobody reads.
If you are deciding whether to buy, tell us about the shop — what you sell, how many tills, whether there is a stockroom behind it. That is a more useful conversation than a feature checklist.
Support
Something is broken, or something is not doing what the docs say it does.
TODO: support email addressSales and pre-purchase
Before you buy: does it do this, will it handle that, what does it cost for four outlets.
TODO: sales email addressThe free plugins
Members, Smart Filters and Wishlist are supported in the WordPress.org forums.
TODO: WordPress.org support forum URLTwo things
that save a day.
Try it on staging
The free core is not time-limited. Half the questions people write in with answer themselves in twenty minutes against a real catalogue.
Check the docs
Installing, shifts, receiving, permissions and the REST routes are all written down. It is quicker than waiting for us to type the same thing.
Write anyway
If it is still unclear, that is a documentation problem rather than your problem. Tell us and we will fix the page as well as answer you.
About support.
What should I include when reporting a problem?
Do you help with migration from another POS?
Can you build something specific for my shop?
Do you offer support on the free plugins?
Or just install it
and see.
The core is free on WordPress.org, and nothing about it expires.
